Over the years, The Mifgash Program has become a part of widespread community projects, which has facilitated the joining of many volunteers and leaders from different parts of the city to the Program. Furthermore, the Program is a primary means by which the UJA Federation unites and develops the Israeli community.

A large majority of the Mifgash programs enrich each other and take part of important community events all across the city. Among these programs are the Holocaust Memorial Week, Hebrew Book Week, Branding Israel Project, and other programs in the Israeli community at the Southern end of the city.

Time and time again, we witness the longing of the community for cultural events that enhance the sense of identity and unity. As well, we believe that these events address the needs of the Russian-Israeli community, and target individuals of all ages.

In light of the good working relations between members of the Mifgash Program and the UJA, the former continues to take part in many of the Federation’s events, including Israel Day events, Annual Campaign, Walk with Israel, rallies in support of Israel and more.

The Mifgash Program is delighted to work with an ever-growing number of individuals and groups. Among these are the Israeli consulate, The Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce & Industry, The Israeli House, Hillel, Canada-Israel Culture Foundation, The Israeli Division, Koffler Centre, MNjcc, Shalom Center, and other private organizations. As well, we work with many leaders, volunteers and donors in the community.
